I worked with the BetterUp leadership team to help conceive, design, and ship their new product, BetterUp Manage, which has since become a new product vertical. Manage helps leaders of all tenures quickly up-level up their leadership skills through plan-based experiences that range from 1:1 and group coaching, AI-powered interactive learning, and science-backed reflection practices to drive behavior change. As part of our work together, I also helped them establish a bold, and comprehensive new vision for their manager, partner, and coach experiences as part of their “human-transformation platform”. This bridges multiple product offerings and establishes robust new data that can be used for talent growth and development. Manage has since had a successful public launch and been tested with large companies such as Hilton, BlackRock, and more.
