Pinna was a new type of queue based music listening experience for the Mac. It's interface was beautifully simple, being separated into two panes the music browser and the queue. Its user experience was primarily driven by the arrows keys of your keyboard or mouse selection and drag and drop, to create a queue and control its playback. Through our work on Pinna, Kevin and I were acquired by Live Nation (Labs) to help create a new mobile product team. Pinna is now open-source as are some of its custom frameworks including it's playback engine.
