Live Nation's mobile products are intended to help music fans find shows easily, view show details, and purchase tickets with ease. As the mobile product design lead I am responsible for the design efforts of the iOS and Android applications, managing their user experiences, and the design process. For version 2.0, I was the sole designer until further growing the team. Since the 2.0 release, the app has received vastly improved reviews, ratings have gone up from 2 to 5 stars, and revenues through the app are up by tens to hundreds of millions yearly.
